Presal Extrusion is a firm belonging to Predieri Group, born from an idea of Mr. Remo Predieri, completing in such a way a forty year experience in metal and alloy sector, together with their partner Soldo Metali.
The enterprise is situated in Široki Brijeg, in the heart of ”Aluminum Valley” of Bosnia and Herzegovina, over the surface of 46.400 m2, of which 10.000 m2 is covered.
Presal Extrusion is equipped by one of the most modern European facilities, completely automated, using the Presezzi press, with the strength of pushing force measuring 1800/2000 tons, Omav extrusion desk and Pezzorgna wrapping line, and is supported by software for production management Extrusion Management System done by Uno Informatica and by measuring system Contur Projector (Ascona), which enables issuing of certifi cates proving dimensional control of extracted profile.
In the production process the enterprise is uniquely using alloy of primary aluminum, and its cooling and ageing system permits the usage of heat treatment until T6. Accurate control of the processes provides a guarantee for product completely in line with European normative.

Predieri Group is one of the main Italian names in production, processing and marketing of metals.
Founded in Reggio Emilia about mid ’60 by Mr.Remo Predieri, the Group is led by PREDIERI METALLI srl, the firm at the top of steel products market and around which gravitate other specialized firms:
• Centro Servizi Metalli for plasma cutting;
• Steel Color for electro-colouring, laser cutting and embossing;
• RM Service Metalli for levelling, cutting, painting and fi nishing of surfaces (silking and scotch brite);
• Bata for shearing and folding;
• Lampro for the sale of ready-painted products for sheet metal, silk-screen printing and furnishing;
• Alufer for window frames and aluminium sales.
• Tecnoforniture for aluminium sales.
To strengthen the distribution network new commercial centers were opened in Italy as well as abroad: Czech Republic, Romania, Senegal, Cuba.
Annual sales in 2006 were about 160 million Euros, and the Group has 220 employees only in Italy.
Predieri Group is already present in aluminum profi les production even in Venezuela where another firm from the Group, Aldoca, is working with two active presses, while the third is to be installed soon.
Soldo Metali doo is one of the main importers in Bosnia and Herzegovina of profiles in aluminium, stainless and nonferrous metals, section doors, and it sells for over 15 years products of Predieri Group and now, it also sells aluminium profiles made by Presal Extrusion in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Presal Extrusion uses tools and equipment for extraction made by the most important international producers.
The enterprise produces extracted profiles from high quality aluminum, of various forms and dimensions. Production varies from wall openings and continuous facades for constructions, until designed industrial profiles which are used in furniture sector, transportation, mechanics and electronics.
Regarding the wall openings Presal created and developed its own innovative system named “PR building”, protected by registration at the European Community Design, the International Design and the Design in Bosnia and Herzegovina. “PR building” system respects the Italian law about energy conservation in constructions.
The procedure for the certification for getting European sign CE has been initiated, and it will be mandatory for European wall opening manufacturers starting from February 2009. At the end of this catalogue are listed the results on calculating heat conduction by the profi le “PR65TT” (European Grove System) issued by the Institute Giordano and accredited by European certification authorities.
